How is billing handled?

The 14-day trial needs no card and never charges you automatically. You only enter payment details if you choose a plan when the trial ends. From that point, checkout, billing, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our certified merchant-of-record partner for secure payments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The trial simply ends if you do nothing, with no charge. Once you are on a paid plan, you can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

How does the trial work?

Start a free 14-day trial on your real website. No card is required. If you prefer, you can keep the concierge visible only to you and your team while you test it, so guests do not see it yet. Nothing is charged automatically: when the trial ends, you choose whether to pick a plan and start paying.

What happens if I hit usage limits?

When your plan’s AI allowance is reached, some AI functionality may switch to a limited mode until your allowance resets or you upgrade.

Will it work on my website?

Yes. After onboarding, we send you the WordPress plugin, the iframe option, and the direct link to the hosted concierge. That means it can go live in minutes on any website, and the direct link can also be turned into a QR code for rooms, reception desks, or printed material.

What is the preview, and how is it different from the full chat?

The preview is an automatic demo built from your property's public data, so you can see the assistant in action in seconds. The full, personalized chat needs onboarding and a connected channel manager, so it can also answer with real availability.
